Sometimes this needs to be supplemented by researching the area, which we do online by looking at various websites in the area. From these sites we will glean information about things to do, shops & dining and other tourist information for the area.

We will setup your property advert on any of the holiday accommodation portals such as Chez Nous, Gite.com,  French Connections, Holiday Rentals, Owners Direct, Your Holiday Directory  etc. They charge anything between £0 and  £150 per annum. We charge an hourly rate to set these up, allowing 1 to 2 hours per portal. It can be highly cost effective to do this in one go with the website build so that the same set of photos and information is used in all advertising, which also ensures excellent consistency.
